SHIPPING POLICY

We offer standard shipping or express shipping at an additional cost. All ready made orders are processed within 5 business days and shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. We take great care in packaging your items to ensure they arrive safely. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Ready made items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase provided the item is in the condition it was when purchased. Customer is responsible for return shipping if applicable. Returns are not excepted. Commissioned artwork cannot be exchanged or returned.
