CUSTOMER CARE
As a small business, we are incredibly grateful for every order! It is an honor to work with you to create your heirloom artwork personalized just for you! We love working with all different aesthetics which make each piece unique and truly one of a kind. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for supporting our dreams with your purchase! We hope you enjoy your artwork for years to come!
We use top quality resin to preserve your special flowers which contains UV protectants & anti-yellowing agents with a hard cure to prevent scratching & discoloration. However, special care will help to ensure the longevity of your commissioned artwork. Keep the items out of harsh direct sunlight & high heat such as a fireplace mantle while lit. Clean with a mild soap that doesn't contain alcohol or vinegar & a microfiber cloth to prevent dulling the surface. If you ever need to polish, follow directions on Flitz polish for a renewed shine. With these small steps, your heirloom artwork will last a lifetime!

STORE POLICY
Client is responsible for delivering flowers to Artist in a mutually agreed upon method and time. Cost of delivery is the Client’s responsibility. If shipping finished product & or artwork is required to the Client, shipping cost will be added to the total price and is the responsibility of the Client. Quality and
condition of the flowers when they are delivered to Artist is not the responsibility of the Artist. Not all flowers and foliage will endure the preservation process and make it into the final product. Flowers and foliage will change in color once dried. If any flowers and foliage are leftover they will become property of the Artist. Client understands that Artist fulfills artwork commissions in the order of which the flowers are received by Artist from Clients. All artwork is handmade and requires many hours of labor. Resin products are prone to imperfections that can be fixed but require weeks of curing, sanding, and top coating. As such, Artist does not guarantee or estimate completion times for artwork. Client agrees that Artist is granted as much time as needed to complete the artwork to the standard quality. However all artwork is handmade using botanicals and will contain flaws such as bubbles, loose bits of botanicals, layer lines, translucent spots on flowers (aka bruising) & some shifting of flowers may occur between the approved design & the final artwork. Every client and flower arrangement/ bouquet is different, with different tastes, budgets, and needs;
Flower Preservation Design services are often a subjective art and Artist has a unique vision, with an ever-evolving style and technique.
Artist will use its artistic judgment when providing artwork for Client, which may not include strict adherence to Client’s suggestions;
Although Artist will use reasonable efforts to incorporate Client’s suggestions and desires when providing Client with the artwork, Artist shall have final say regarding the aesthetic judgment and artistic quality of the artwork;
Dissatisfaction with Artist's aesthetic judgment or artistic ability are not valid reasons for termination of this Agreement or request of any monies returned.
Client understands that all resin ambers or yellows over time. Artist will provide client with care instructions to help mitigate this and uses high quality resin with anti yellowing agents & UV protectants. Artist is released from any responsibility should yellowing occur or flowers fade.
Client understands that flower preservation requires that the flowers be dried prior to being encased in resin. Flowers will change color, textures, and shape when dried. Artist will dry them to the best of their expertise but factors prior to Artist’s receipt of flowers will determine the outcome. Color enhancement (painting of flowers) is an additional charge. It is not the Artist’s responsibility to suggest color enhancements to client.
Once client approves the designs, upgrades or changes to the designs cannot be made.
Payment is accepted via Check, OR Credit Cards with a 4% processing fee.
The first payment is a non-refundable retainer. At a minimum, Client agrees that the retainer fee fairly compensates Artist for committing to provide the artwork and turning down other potential projects/clients.

Cancellation, Rescheduling of Artwork or No-Show Client. If Client desires to cancel Artwork, reschedule Artwork, or if it becomes impossible for Artist to complete Artwork due to the fault of the Client or parties related to Client, such as failure of the event to occur or failure of one or more essential parties to the event to show up in a timely manner, Client shall provide notice to Artist as soon as possible via the Notice provisions detailed in this Agreement. Artist has no obligation to attempt to re-book further Artwork to fill the void created by Client’s cancellation, rescheduling, no-show or if it becomes impossible for Artist to provide the artwork due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client), and Artist will not be obligated to refund any monies Client has previously paid towards the Total Cost. Client is not relieved of any payment obligations for cancelled artwork, rescheduled artwork, failing to show up for the event & or agreed upon method for Lush Magnolia LLC to receive the flowers, or should it become impossible for Artist to provide the services due to the fault of Client (or parties related to Client) unless the Parties otherwise agree in writing. During any phase of the process, should the Artist make attempts to communicate with the Client and the client not respond within 6 months, this will constitute a No-Show and the deposit, all flowers and any completed artwork will be forfeited by the Client.
